I am on a mission to boldly pursue and consistently choose the joy-filled, intentional, and balanced life that is within reach for all of us. It’s the commitment to being the absolute best version of yourself, the decision to thrive so that you can show up for what matters most in life. It’s inspiring intentionality, happiness, and fulfillment in others by simply being yourself. I’m here to empower you, encourage you to pursue your running journey with joy and share what I’m learning along the way (that’s what it’s all about! There’s always more to learn!).
